Of the public about technologies that could be used to create secure digital identities for children and promoting research into the use of digital identities on child trafficking, and disseminating the results.3. Advance human rights (as set out in the universal declaration of human rights and subsequent united nations conventions and declarations) in the kolwezi region of the democratic republic of congo initially, and then to anywhere in the world where artisanal mining by children occurs by: a. Providing technical advice to government and others on human rights violations in relation to artisanal mining by children.b. Raising awareness of human rights issues;c. Promoting public support for human rights;d.
