“(A) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION EDUCATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF STEEL DRUM MUSIC AND INSTRUMENTATION IN SUCH PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, TRINIDAD, SOUTH AFRICA AND ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE. (B) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF SUCH LOCAL COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, TRINIDAD, SOUTH AFRICA AND ELSEWHERE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS (INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION) BY PROVIDING, MANAGING AND MAKING AVAILABLE A BASE FOR THE PRACTICE, PERFORMANCE AND RECORDING OF STEEL DRUM MUSIC FOR USE BY THE SAID INHABITANTS GENERALLY AND BY THOSE INHABITANTS WHO MAY OTHERWISE BE EXCLUDED, THROUGH ECONOMIC, FAMILY OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES (INCLUDING BUT NO BY WAY OF LIMITATION) ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES AND BY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
