“HOPE seeks to support existing programs assisting young Cambodians (16-25 years old) transitioning from institutional care (orphanage or NGO) to independent living by enabling them to complete government education and provide classes on social development with the aim of enhancing their employment opportunities, Eg.Life skills classes, English lessons and support for transitional accommodation.
