“A team of between 5-8 people visit Indian schools twice each year. We take turns visiting South and North India and we now have 26 schools in our portfolio. Within the schools we observe staff, give 1:1 support, provide follow-up daily training sessions, lead staff devotions, take assemblies and work extensively with the leadership to address the current issues the school faces.
