“Nations Together operates in the Kilimanjaro Region of Tanzania, East Africa. Our aim is aid social inclusion, respect and acceptance for adults with a learning difficulty.Our outcomes are met through an Activity Center and person centered planning. The activities may include: music, art & crafts, numeracy & literacy, vocational skills and social outings with the community.
