The objectives of the charity are: 1. The advancement of health and the saving of lives in palestine, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, by:(a) the provision of medical aid, including the provision of medical equipment, supplies, goods, services, facilities and financial aid, necessary for the provision of medical treatment and rehabilitation for those who are victims of war, armed conflict, natural disaster or catastrophe. (b) delivering or facilitating training for medical and other healthcare professionals working, or intending to work, in palestine; and (c) supporting and facilitating the reconstruction of existing (and the development of new) hospitals and other medical and healthcare facilities and infrastructure in palestine. 2. The relief and assistance of people in need in palestine by the provision of humanitarian aid or by such other charitable means as the trustees consider necessary.
