The Rotary Club of Hereford Elgar Rotary is part of Rotary International. As such, we operate within RI governance arrangements, whilst being an independent UK charity registered with the UK Charities commission. We raise funds to support those most in need locally, nationally and internationally. We also support End Polio Now and Rotary Foundation.
